1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old. Users aged 16–18 require parental or guardian consent.

2. Account

Provide accurate registration information. You are responsible for all account activity. Notify us at [email protected] immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Subscription and Billing

By subscribing you authorise recurring charges. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Trials are for new subscribers only.

4. Cancellation

Cancel any time via Account → Subscription. Takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds unless required by law.

5. Intellectual Property

All EvoBody content is owned by EvoBody Fitness Inc. or its licensors. Your subscription grants a limited, non-transferable personal licence. You may not reproduce or commercially exploit any content.

6. Health Disclaimer

EvoBody provides fitness and nutrition content for informational purposes only — not medical advice. Consult a healthcare professional before starting. You participate at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EvoBody shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed amounts paid in the preceding 12 months.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.
