We collect data you provide directly — name, email, password, billing details (processed by PCI-DSS compliant partners), fitness goals, and support communications. We also collect usage data automatically: device identifiers, IP address, pages visited, session length, and in-app interactions.

2. How We Use Your Data

To provide and improve the EvoBody platform; process payments and manage subscriptions; personalise your programme experience; send transactional and (where opted in) marketing communications; respond to support requests; detect fraud and abuse.

3. Sharing

We never sell your data. We share only with trusted service providers (Stripe, AWS, Intercom) under strict data protection agreements, when required by law, or in a business transfer with equivalent protections.

4. Retention

Data is retained as long as your account is active. Deleted accounts are anonymised within 30 days unless legal obligations apply.

5. Your Rights

You may access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your data. EU, UK, and California residents have additional rights under GDPR, UK GDPR, and CCPA. Contact [email protected] — we respond within 30 days.
