EvoBody is a cross-platform health and fitness service accessible via https://evobodyfit.com (the "Service"). This Policy outlines when refunds are available and how to request one.

1. Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are available only if you are unable to access the Service after completing payment ("Access Complications").

2. How to Report Access Complications

  • If you encounter Access Complications, contact us at [email protected]. We will investigate and attempt to resolve the issue within 14 (fourteen) business days of your report. If we cannot fix the Access Complications within that period, we will issue a refund.

3. Refund Method and Processing

  • Refunds will be returned using the same payment method you originally used, subject to the policies and processing times of the third-party payment processor.

4. Exclusions and Limitations

  • We are not responsible, and refunds will not be issued, for inability to use the Service caused by external factors (including your hardware, network, or third-party services).
  • Refunds will not be issued for not having used particular features you purchased, or for not having started or completed any course.
  • By paying for the Service you confirm you can access and use its features in accordance with the User Agreement. We do not control, and are not liable for, how often or in what manner you use the Service.

5. Termination and Refunds

  • Payments are non-refundable if you choose to terminate the User Agreement.
  • If we terminate the User Agreement because you violated its terms, any amounts you have paid will not be refunded.
  • If we terminate the User Agreement without cause and you are in compliance with its terms, we will provide a prorated refund for the portion of time you are unable to access the Service due to that termination.
